Community Transformation

Located four hours north of the capital of Port-au-Prince, these rural communities are situated in the Artibonite River Valley. Abject poverty is evident everywhere in Haiti, especially in this region. These two neighboring villages have a total population of 20,000 people. Suffering from many years of drought has caused a severe food shortage. There is little to no employment and only one clean water source for the two villages.

Laraque Church Building-complete
Our goal was to help the Laraque church members complete their building in order to be more effective in reaching out to the greater community in sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ.
