Shekinah: n. a manifestation of the presence of God
Shekinah Worship is part of the motivational side of Hungry For Life and, for more than ten years, provided opportunities for spiritual transformation through a monthly inter-church worship event. Although the monthly Shekinah service in Chilliwack has ended, we are developing new strategies to raise awareness concerning global need, increasing HFL’s
profile as it pertains to our ability to help groups and churches, and,
along with the Shekinah Band, facilitating more opportunities to address
spiritual poverty by initiating and participating in new worship
opportunities where people can experience the power and presence of
Jesus Christ, continuing to address spiritual poverty. With 2 Chronicles 7:14 as the priority, the desire continues to be to motivate people to call upon the Name of the Lord, asking for His power and presence, for revival and renewal in their lives, churches and communities.
