Gerry & Charlene Stinson

Gerry-Director of Finance and Administration

Gerry studied Biblical Studies at Briercrest Bible College. After college Gerry owned and operated a restaurant and food services business with his family.

Gerry became familiar with charity tax laws by serving his church as treasurer for a number of years. His experience in business and charity financial management prepared him to serve HFL initially in a volunteer capacity as the business manager. In 2005, Gerry joined HFL in a full time capacity.

Charlene-Director of Canadian Operations

Charlene studied music at the University of Alberta and Biblical Studies at Briercrest Bible College. After University and College, Charlene owned and operated a restaurant and food services business with her family for 30 years.

Charlene was instrumental in the vision and beginning of Shekinah, the worship ministry, and also what is now Hungry For Life. As a gifted musician and worship leader, she has led Shekinah for 9 years as well as other various events and conferences. In 2006, Charlene was serving as the Worship Pastor at Chilliwack Alliance Church; she has joined our staff and executive leadership team full time.
