Missions has always been an important part of my life.  As far back as I can remember I loved to hear stories of those who had gone on trips and I always had a stirring in my heart that would not leave for days after. I knew that someday I would be involved in missions in some aspect.  In 2008 I went on my first missions trip to Poland and it just increased that passion within me to help those in need.  In 2010 I was priviledged to go with the HFL Shekinah Team to Kakamega, Kenya and my heart was not only touched, but broken by what we saw and experienced there, and moved to want to do more.

I started attending Shekinah about five years ago and wanted to be a part of what HFL was doing around the world.  Now five years later here I am!! I am volunteering one day a week assisting in the finance department at the HFL office.  I also work three days a week for a Christian Ministry in Abbotsford as their Finance Manager and I volunteer occasionally for a ministry in Langley that helps girls overcome additions and abuse.  My passion is helping people, especially those in need, and I am excited to see where God takes me from here.

I have been married to Jim for 25 amazing years and we have two awesome teenage sons, Jeff and Brad.  I love music, movies, reading, hanging out with the family and laughing over a good cup of coffee with friends.  Laughter is what I love the most and you will usually hear me laughing before you see me!!
