I am a firm believer in the fact that our lives are a journey and the path we wander is unique to us alone. We may join people as they come into our lives or journey with others for a time but there is only one, "friend that sticks closer than a brother" (Prov. 18:24). 

As far back as I can remember I have wanted to spend my life helping people. Looking back now, I can recognize all the twists and turns that God has guided me through on my journey to realize this passion. It has landed me here at HFL as a part of the communications department and as a team leader. I count it both a privilege and an honour to be able to walk through a life changing experience like a short term trip with people. I am also happy to be able to craft and tell stories of the people's lives that we touch in doing what we do.  The future and where the next leg of the journey will lead me is always unknown. But of this one thing I am convinced... no matter where this journey may take me, I know that I walk it with my Savior by my side guiding me all the way.
