Tim Visscher

Auxiliary Project Manager

Tim graduated from Trinity Western University in December 2003 with a BA in International Studies (Third World Economic Development concentration). As part of his studies, he worked in Ottawa on Parliament Hill, interning for the Hon. David Kilgour. Prior to studying at Trinity he completed a diploma in Mechanical Engineering from the British Columbia Institute of Technology. Tim has also been involved with building projects with Habitat for Humanity, local community work with the Union Gospel Mission in both Vancouver and Mission, and being a part of a missions team to the Philippines in the summer of 2002.

Tim has gained experience in leading and developing projects in Haiti, Sri Lanka, Peru,  and Kenya for Hungry For Life as a Project Manager and later as the Director of International Projects from 2004-07. He is currently continuing his involvement with Hungry For Life as an Auxiliary Project Manager and is working at Wesgroup as a Project Operations Manager. Tim married Katie in July 2007 and they are living in Fort Langley, and enjoying board games, soccer and long walks along the Fraser River.
