Tuesday once again welcomed us with blue skies and warm temperatures. A great relief seeing that it rained heavily all night. Never the less, we all were looking forward to what God had in store for us today.

John, Tom, and Chris were eager to get back to Dumay. It's exciting to see the impact the villagers have had on them already. They were totally amazed at how the people were willing to help, from very young, to the teenagers. The generator has become a very popular item. The villagers know it can charge cell phones!

Lunch time has been challenging for them because the children stand before them in groups and watch them eat. Most of the children don't even get one meal a day. As you can imagine, it's hard to even think about feeding yourself when you know that they are starving.

The roof that they set out to complete, has been completed today. The next few days they will be preparing for a concrete floor.

For the rest of the team that have been working up in Gramothe, they have completed the tables and benches for the feeding center in Dumay. Things have gone very well the first couple of days. The whole team is looking forward to tomorrow.

More updates tomorrow!
