A Busy Day at the Market...

Today was market day so off we went Haitian money in tow to find some good . We stumbled across a cozy little bakery that baked fresh bread in a massive wood stove oven, the team enjoyed the bread while slurping down some cold drinks and shopping for some fresh fruit. As interesting as the market was the afternoon proved to be most fruitful. Haiti ARISE sends out its bible college students every week to evangelize within the local community. Today the team got to tag along as the students visited houses and dropped off care packages. To say it was a tremendous time is a huge understatement as team members got to pray over families and children as over 37 people gave their lives to Christ!
Tomorrow's work projects are uncertain and the weather will most likely be hot again tomorrow but we can sleep well knowing that God is good and a few more people know that they are welcome in his kingdom.
