Leaving E-town, headed south bound.
Excitement is high as the team of 13 + myself (Kelly, the HFL staff) take off for Peru bright and early Monday morning from Edmonton. Some have been there before and some are going to experience this amazing place for the first time. So much has changed since this team has been there last (in November). The first story on the Center for Training & Operations has been completed (minus some finishing touches) and work has started on the 2nd floor.
While we are there a inauguration ceremony (and celebration) will be had to commission the building for use. I'm excited that the team will be able to be a part of this ceremony after all the hard work they have put in to seeing this building come to fruition. This will be the 3rd team Beach Corner Church has sent and thousands of dollars have been raised because we know that God is and will work through the ATEK ministry and this building to train and raise up many leaders to impact many of the Quechua villages in Peru.
Please pray that team relationships remain strong (or grow to become strong) on this trip and that we work together to accomplish a common goal. Pray for strength (physically and mentally) and also safety while traveling (to and from Peru, and also while driving to villages).
Thank you all for your support.

Hope that the trip is going smoothly and that you can all experience some form of rest before you arrive. We are praying for your health and safety and I talked with Ben on-line this morning. he is excited to meet you at the airport tomorrow. Take care and by the way Harry, Kim and rebecca, we have five puppies this morning. 4 females and 1 male. 2 black and 3 cream. Kennya is NOT a natural mom!!! Hope things improve that way. Love you all and can't wait to see the work you are involved in through the website and on Sunday.

Our thoughts and prayers are with you as you acclimate and rest today. Looking forward to some pictures.
Bill, Larry baled all but the slough, which is still wet. We are going to the river with Bentley today for Heidi's birthday.
Love you,

They that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength. They shall run and not grow weiry, they shall walk and not faint. May the Lord grant you peaceful rest and strengthen you today as I am sure that many of you are exhausted from your flight. Give Ben and great big hug from us and tell him we love him and miss him very much. The Lord bless you all and help you adjust quickly and that everyone stays healthy and strong. Love you
