First day in the homeland
September 27 - With the majority of the team having some family connections to the Ukraine, it was their first day to take it all in. Adjusting to the new time zone along with jet lag, it was more of a day of relaxing and getting accustomed to the surroundings.
Sept 28 - Today saw the team doing a variety of work projects which included outside construction cleanup at the guest house, going through clothing which the Bethel team shipped a few months ago, purchasing and putting together food hampers. A lot of what took place today was preperation for the days ahead as we leave tomorrow to provide a food banquet / distribution in a new village in which no teams have been before.
The team is doing well and are looking forward to getting started tomorrow
