Supposed to be a Day Off
Everyone arrived safe and sound to the guesthouse and was supposed to take today to adjust a to their new surroundings after 36 hours of travel time but no the team was out working already. Some of the team spent the day going through all the boxes of clothing that had been shipped back in the Spring while others helped in purchasing food and hygiene supplies for the hampers. The team is all in good health and spirits. Mary wanted to know if she could lead a younger team next time as she is having a hard time keeping up with this group.
We hope to provide you with photo's soon but the Internet connection is currently poor. The 2 lost bags have yet to arrive to Kiev, fortunately they were not filled with personal items...so you can keep praying that the 2 pieces of luggage arrive as they are filled with gifts for people.
Thanks for your prayers! As for one of the questions,...the time here in Nikopol is +10 from the time in Vancouver

Hi Sharon, Peter, Katie, Mary & team. We also praise God that you folks arrived safely. We hope you can "feel our prayers" as we experienced last year. Enjoy yourselves and make the most of every opportunity as the time goes by so quickly. I'm not sure who you have for translators this time but if any of them were the loving ladies we had last year - please give them a hug from me! Special greetings to John, Nadyia, and the cooks too.
Love Kathy & family
