January 2017: ,

In January, a team of 16 traveled to Haiti to work alongside United Christians International in Pignon, and FONSOPED in Mirebalais. The team assisted in completing the construction of a school by building the roof, conducted home visits in the community, participated in feeding programs, held sewing and women's hygiene programs, and more!

Team Testimonials:

"I have seen the ability of small acts of generosity change the course of a life."

"Seeing the positivity of everyone has made me think about my own outlook on life."

"In the next six months I will be more open to creating stronger relationships/bonds."

"I was very worried how I was going to do this project with the language barrier and it humbles me to see that God does answer our prayers."

"I am now going to be less afraid to do the things that bring me great joy."
