You'll assist the Executive Director by providing administrative support.

Education:
- Business Administrative training or commensurate experience
Experience:
- Organizational administration
- Finance
Scope:
Assist the Executive Director by:
- Handling mileage and reimbursement forms
- Scheduling Executive Director meetings
- Managing Fullwell subscriptions and administration of Strengths Deployment Inventory (SDI), Survey Monkey
- Help write Fullwell proposals to clients
- Coordinating travel details
- Managing follow-up evaluations with Fullwell Clients
- Providing accurate word-processing support by composing and/or editing a variety of documents
- Undertaking occasional research projects
- Track Fullwell annual budget
- Manage a bring-forward and follow-up system
- Keep Fullwell MS Dynamics current
Ideas for additional tasks and responsibilities:
- Participate in general ministry tasks as required
- Help organize and implement staff events and retreats
- Board meeting preparation
- Fullwell website content
