Operations Administrator

You'll work alongside our Executive Team to help with administrative work across multiple departments.
About the position
Education:
- One year post-secondary and/or administrative training or commensurate experience
Experience:
- Organizational administration
Scope:
General office tasks, such as:
- Ordering office supplies
- Answering phones, greeting visitors
- Retrieving and sorting mail
- Assisting in donation processing
Assisting the Executive Team by:
- Tracking and filing VISA expense forms
- Preparing agendas, managing communication needed for team meetings and taking meeting notes
- Developing and creating departmental SharePoint sites
- Organizing, consolidating and migrating files to SharePoint
- Updating constituency contacts in database
Assisting the Projects department by:
- Filing Field Partner expense receipts and creating reports
- Creating and sending email updates to Local Partners
- Creating and posting website project updates
Assisting the Mission Focusing department by:
- Keeping Local Partner files up to date
- Creating project update reports for Local Partners
- Updating and rebranding training materials
Assisting the Development department by:
- Preparing monthly donation reports
- Creating pledges for fee-for-service agreements
- Creating various other donor reports as needed
Additional responsibilities:
- Participate in general ministry tasks as required
Skills required:
- Exceptional organizational ability
- Extremely detail-oriented
- Excellent time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software

- Director of Operations
Remuneration:
