Education: 

  • One year post-secondary and/or administrative training or commensurate experience

Experience:

  • Organizational administration

Scope:

  • General office tasks, such as:

    • Ordering office supplies

    • Answering phones, greeting visitors

    • Retrieving and sorting mail

    • Assisting in donation processing

  • Assisting the Executive Team by:

    • Tracking and filing VISA expense forms

    • Preparing agendas, managing communication needed for team meetings and taking meeting notes

    • Developing and creating departmental SharePoint sites

    • Organizing, consolidating and migrating files to SharePoint

    • Updating constituency contacts in database

  • Assisting the Projects department by:

    • Filing Field Partner expense receipts and creating reports

    • Creating and sending email updates to Local Partners

    • Creating and posting website project updates

  • Assisting the Mission Focusing department by:

    • Keeping Local Partner files up to date

    • Creating project update reports for Local Partners

    • Updating and rebranding training materials

  • Assisting the Development department by:

    • Preparing monthly donation reports

    • Creating pledges for fee-for-service agreements

    • Creating various other donor reports as needed

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Participate in general ministry tasks as required

Skills Required:

  • Exceptional organizational ability
  • Extremely detail-oriented
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software

Accountable To:

  • Director of Operations

Remuneration:

  • Full/part-time supported/volunteer
