A Typical Rebuild Process
Jinja, Uganda:
A typical rebuild of a house in Uganda takes about a week, but the benefits will last for years to come.
The old homes are first cleaned out of belongings and then broken down, surprisingly they do not last long under the onslaught of determined blows with solid sticks.
