Mukumu Children's Home
The Mukumu Children’s Home (MCH), has been caring for orphans from Kakamega and the surrounding area since 2005. The orphanage is run by Ms. Grace Ateiela, better known as “Mama Grace” who opened her home to shelter and care for these children. Grace provides shelter, basic meals, health care and school tuitions for these children. Several of the children have the added challenge of being HIV positive and require extra care, medication and nutrition.
