Community Project:
Ongoing
Feeding Program
Membrillal is a small community in the town of Magdelina, 20 minutes away from Guatemala City. The majority of the people earn a meager living working on farms owned by big corporations; their wage do not adequately provide for their families. As a result, many children do not have the opportunity to go to school.
Merari and Tono Rodriguez, pastors of the Iglesia Galilea Church in San Lucas, facilitated the construction of a new school that will provide the opportunity for care for 200 students in four areas: spiritual, educational, nutritional, and medical.
