This post by Paul Malott

What a privilege it is to be here and witness first hand the work that Asian Outreach is doing.  So far we have experienced seven of the projects, just outside the capital city of Phnom Phen.  Slowly, the initiatives are improving the villages spiritually, economically, and physically which is beginning to produce social change.

Today is a travel day.  We are headed northeast of Phnom Phen, about 400 km (or more importantly a 9.5 hrs' drive), so let's just say I'm thankful for Ontario highways), to Stung Treng.

Tomorrow we will again see some of the initiatives that AO is involved with.  Someone quoted to me the other day that progress here is incremental. I think that may be everywhere, but regardless, this experience is just proving to me again that we all need to do our part as the body of Christ - it is for the betterment of the whole!

Thanks Calvary for allowing me to see God at work in an often forgotten part of the world!
