A team of 20 people from Cranbrook Alliance Church traveled to work alongside His Hope Uganda. The team was led by Church leaders Gary and Shirley Toyota, alongside HFL staff Ginnie Frede and Gerry Stinson. His Hope Uganda has been developing and implementing a sponsorship program and currently has 101 children who are being supported with school, medical, and family support. The team helped build two houses for the sponsored children's families, as well as one pit latrine. Additionally a children's day-camp was done alongside connecting with some team members' sponsor children.

Additional items accomplished: 
  • 2 Houses Built
  • 1 Latrine Built
  • 2000lbs of clothing distributed
  • 400 people fed a meal
  • 70 kids attended 2 - ½ day camps
  • 2 children's homes visited
  • 6 team members sponsor children were visited
  • Witnessed a healing of a paralytic
  • 16 people were baptized (2 team members / 14 sponsor children)
