A team of medical professionals went to Haiti to run an eight day walk-in style medical clinic in Grande Goave, Haiti alongside our partners at Haiti ARISE Ministries. The team consisted of two Canadian doctors, a dentist and a number of health care professionals.

Community projects: 
Additional items accomplished: 
  • 729 patients consulted for basic medical needs
  • 7.5 clinic days scheduled
  • 100 people returned for follow up care
  • 2 patients had overnight stays
  • 1 family received nutritional education and feeding supplies
  • 8 goats were handed out to families who needed a little extra help
  • 1 family is receiving sponsorship for 4 children to go to school and rice and beans every month
  • 50 fillings done by the dentist
  • 50 extractions done by the dentist
  • 7 patients will be receiving follow up care through the clinic for testing and medical care
