This team of 7 from the Fraser Valley traveled to Ukraine to continue with ministry activities, including: home, orphanage and rehab center visits; biblical training; handing out food and hygiene packs; and building on relationships that were formed on previous trips.

Our last day..:

Our time has gone by so fast!! It’s hard to believe we are heading home tomorrow. It was wonderful to meet new partners and see some new places this trip.

Church, Hampers & Visit to Rehab Center

Today we woke up fairly early so that everyone who needed a shower could have one before breakfast - finally, a breakfast where we didn’t create more leftovers to eat because we ate leftovers from last night! Some of us walked to the church this morning to make it to the 9:30am service.

Into the countryside

Our day started with an early wake up call for everyone except Heidi. The leaders of the tent ministry had already left at 4am, but before they left Vera made another outstanding breakfast for us to enjoy at 7am.

Tent Ministry

We’ve spent 2 days with an awesome tent ministry based out of Poltava. They get invited by different churches to host a week long ministry in various villages.

Moving!!

Today we left Nikopol and are heading off to join a new ministry partner. Johns sister and brother in law are from Poltava, and have a tent ministry that travels around to a new location each week from May- Aug. We are joining them for their last 3 days of their first week!

A Very Full Sunday

Breakfast this morning was a little earlier than usual as we needed to be at the main church before 9:00 am start time. Showers were non existent this morning since there was no water at the guesthouse again.
