This team from the Fraser Valley spent 2 weeks in Nikopol participating in various ministry activities including:
widow visitation, orphan care, after school programs, and distributing food & hygiene hampers. They also supported a leadership conference for 30 Baptist Pastors being help at the local church.

On our way!

We just said goodbye to John & Nadia & Tonya at the airport. We all fly to Vienna and then go our separate ways. 4 Rempel’s stay in Vienna, Gerhard heads off in Frankfurt, and Mary, Susan and Heidi head back to Canada. Dave is with us and will head to Nairobi for another conference.

Vic was hungry....

Tonight we had a dinner for the foster families at the River Church! What an amazing evening. We set 2 long family style tables, and Mary & Nadia were in charge of decor. They did a great job making it look festive and homey!

Sunday- we spilt into 2 groups, and Dave preached at the main church while Vic spoke at a village church plant! Dave spoke longer, but was also more controversial than Vic! :)

A day in Zaporizhzhia

Today was a bit slower pace after our full day yesterday! We had breakfast at the hotel and then set out for Zaporizhzhia to visit with Peter & Katie’s Pastor. We joined them for the end of their service, and Peter and Katie shared greetings and encouragement with the congregation.
