Kuloshe Developement Organization
Kuloshe Development Organization is located in the Maroroni Ward of Tanzania about 28 km from Arusha. Kuloshe, which means "to learn" in the local Meru language, is a registered non-profit organization in Tanzania that has focused on community development since 2007. Kuloshe is currently comprised of three individuals who utilize their expertise to bring various development projects to the local communities.
Julius Akyoo: The original concept for starting a development organization began with Julius, who currently works as a Safari guide. Julius provides the organization with vision and is a great communicator on behalf of the organization. Julius came from humble beginnings and by the grace of God was able to attend school while growing up. At the age of 11 when shcool fee's were too much for his family to provide, he found a job and put himself through school. Julius is married and a father of 4 children.
Obed Nassary: Worked for World Vision as a Community Liaison on the ground in the Maroroni Ward for 15 years. He is currently self employed as a middle man selling eggs and milk from the village to those in the city. Obed adds a large component of on ground experience from working with families during his time with World Vision. Obed will act as the implementer and monitor of project activities. Obed is married and a father of 4 children.
Chris Saibulu: Chris works for MS-Training Centre for Development Co-Operation whis is partnered with the Action On Aid Denmanr. Chris works in the accounting department. He also looks after all of the books for Kuloshe and acts as the primary communicator with Hungry for Life International. Chris is married and a father of 5 children.
