Simple Acts of Kidness (SAK) works together with a local school in their community in Addis Ababa to provide nutritional meals for 45 students. Those children from Low-Income families do not typically have the luxury of attending Schoo. They have little possibility of living better lives than their parents. The feeding programs make sure that these kids have access to food and enjoy going to school. With education, they are better placed to complete education and have a better life in the future. The program started on November 1st and all the students are very happy and thankful as well their families and the teachers too.
SAK is also able to provide a cup of milk and a banana for all the 300 students in the school by partnering with different local institutions and individuals. Together with their local volunteers SAK wants to improve the program, the program can become more sufficient if there is an extra help in the kitchen and somebody who monitors the 45 children in the program.
