Project Status
In progress

Our goal is to improve the health and general well-being of bed-ridden widows by providing them with food, clothing, and compassionate care. Due to the lack of government social care we will hire widows as social workers to assist bed-ridden widows who are unable to look after themselves.

Thank you

"Hi dear good people. My name is Zhenia.
My grandma, mom and I had to flee the eastern part of Ukraine when the war started and ended up here in Nikopol. Our dad who was in the military passed away; he was our main provider. With him gone and us being in a different city we feel so lonely, lost and unprotected. We are struggling to even put food on the table. We have no one here, nowhere to go.

With cold weather still lingering around, the covid pandemic and us being refugees it is so difficult to find jobs. Thank you to the church here that helps us with food supplies, they are the only people that truly care. Thank you to all of you for participating in helping people like us so we don’t have to go hungry. Thank you for clothes, shoes, depends and blankets that we were able to receive from the boxes. Wishing you all the best."
