Milling Maize and Plumping Up Pigs

After a setback caused by swine flu sweeping through the area, the piggery project is building up again!

The resumption of the maize mill (after Covid restrictions were lifted) is providing maize bran mixed with other ingredients that makes a good feed for the pigs. This reduces the feed cost needed to get the piglets to market size.

The project is moving forward in improving lives in the community.
