Today was ladies day! The ladies slowly arrived either walking or by boda boda. With name tags on, blood pressure taken, they seated themselves under the large tent. So thankful that the rain we experienced yesterday did not repeat itself today. Idelette did a small talk on blood pressure sharing with the ladies on how they could bring it down and/or control it. Simon talked to the ladies about the agriculture program. With beautiful singing, acappella from our widows, a heart felt prayer and a delicious lunch of Nasi (aka Dutch Rice) prepared by our cooks, Maggie and Julia, our Ladies Day was complete. We ended our day, split into 2 groups, and visited 5 widows. Our day was full, long but we were so very blessed to spend the day with roughly 60 of our widows.
