Matthews, Stephen and David will also launch this year, leaving only Ruth, Margaret and Verah in secondary school and Isaiah, Nicholas and Cynthia in post-secondary education.
The students are working hard at their studies and in their efforts to find employment. Lilian (aka Moureen) has started a career as a hairdresser at a salon in Siaya. She has her own place to live and is earning her own wage. An amount to help her launch successfully has been placed in a secure account that she can access in consultation with our partners to ensure it is not misspent.
