In the morning Marco picked all the guys up and took us to Karina's house. Part of the team had been there the day before to spread dirt in her yard. The reason for that was that there was a big low spot right where Karina, her son Lucas, and her grandson Santiago would exit there house whenever it rains. We worked there till lunch time. We got enough done so that the water would not reach their door. There was still dirt leftover that they can use to fill in low spots that will showup after a few rains. On way back the shool kids were on their way home for lunch. We suddenly heard a loud shout and we saw Lucas waving at us. He reconized the guys in the back of Marco's truck.
The ladies made about 180 chicken and beef empanadas. After that they made some cheese empanadas for us to eat, Pastor Rod went to the market to buy some new toilet seats to replace some broken ones, which we helped to change. Later Marco and Corina took all of our team to a fairly fancy restaurant. We enjoyed a 6 course meal, then back to El Jordan to get our luggage and go to the airport.
