Michelle brings 17 years of experience in bookkeeping and the group benefits field, but stepping into ministry work felt like a meaningful shift—one that lets her use practical skills in a way that aligns with her faith. She’s motivated by Jesus’ words in Matthew 22:37: “Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind,” and she strives to bring that heart posture into everything she does here.
I assist in the finance department overseeing daily bookkeeping duties, payroll, and a few HR responsibilities.

I feel called to use the gifts the Lord has given me to serve in ministry with HFL,an organization that is truly being the hands and feet of Jesus around the world.
She has been married to Drew for 15 years and is the proud (and very busy) mom of two boys, Mason and Cooper. When she’s not wrangling numbers, she enjoys reading, family game nights, travel adventures, a proper coffee date, and time spent in the Bible. She’s also been known to keep a spreadsheet or two “just for fun”—though she swears that’s perfectly normal.
