The last couple of days have been full of activities, ie a couple of trips to the mineral pools which our guests really enjoy. Robert started a new project a bench swing in the back yard ...pictures will follow upon completion.
There was also time spent sharing stories. One lady shared her testimony regarding her son who is a believer now but in his previous life spent 18 years in prison. It was there that he excepted Christ as his Saviour and because of his good behaviour was able to get amnesty if he joined the military., which he did. Unfortunately her son got injured and lost both of his legs, but though it all he hasn't lost his faith in God. In fact his mom said that because of his faith he has been able to mentor other soldiers in the same position. She said she was very gratetful that God gave her son back after a life crime, and because of his loss of his legs he can share his faith to others.
We discovered tonight that we have a published poet in our group of guests and she read a few poems to the group. All the poems in the book are are about her husband who is a active soldier in the war. Even in translation the poems were very powerful.
