We ended the last blog with the team coming back from Zviahel, with the highlight being Wednesday night sharing a supper meal with some of the folks that have been to the retreat house…what a blessing to see some of them again.
So Friday and Saturday were work days around the house getting ready for the next group coming today (Monday). The ladies were busy inside the house and Robert and I did some stuff outside.
We did have some down time also …Friday night was pizza night and Saturday night was mineral pool night.
Sunday we went to church in the morning, then lunch at Mary’s Mom’s place followed by a
tour of the Seniors Housing project being built by Peter (Mary’s brother).
Chad and Rostick left Sunday late afternoon to serve with two other chaplains for a week at a stabilisation centre located in eastern Ukraine.
This morning (Monday) the final touches were made around the house, prior to the arrival of our guests this afternoon.
We are looking forward to living life with our guests from the Compass church.
