Today we had our tourist day!! We got to go to Antigua to shop and look around. We saw a gorgeous lookout point with a cross overlooking the city. One of the first stops among the group was the McDonalds, where some people got Mcpatatas and everyone enjoyed the food with their mini croc keychains. Afterwards, everyone was free to roam and grab souvenirs and whatever else they’d like. A few got some swords, Lee got scammed into a plastic cowboy hat, and everyone enjoyed walking around seeing the market. Some groups chose to see some church ruins which was a very unique and beautiful experience. Everyone met at a park with a fountain and lots of pigeons before getting back on the bus. The two hour bus ride was filled with laughs and teasing before arriving back to Pastor Victor’s home.
