Heading
We all met at the airport at 9 pm on Monday in Calgary. After meeting two more team members in Toronto at our stop over, we finally arrived in Dominican on Tuesday at 2 PM. When we walked onto the tarmac, we right away felt the heat in the warm weather, but not long after that it started raining. After we grabbed our bags, we hit the road in a huge van. During the van ride, we saw a lot of beautiful scenerie from out the window; lots of green trees and plants. Once we arrived at the school compound, the people were very welcoming. After playing a couple games of ball and we went and ate a delicious meal of tacos. Then we complete completed the night with devotions and a couple games, and since most of us were exhausted, we turned in for the night.
