What a blessing the past couple of days have been as we’re getting to know our guest from Iripin. To hear their stories on how God provided over the past 3 ½ years is truly inspiring. It’s hard to imagine what they have gone through, especially the first couple months of the war.
The group was busy again exploring all that Mukachevo has to offer.
Cynthia and Sharon have been providing wonderful meals that we all have been enjoying….
Sunday morning we went to Rostik and Lea’s church … the sermons were based on Ecclesiastes 3: 1-22 “A Time for Everything” and Luke 13 1-4 “ A Call to Repentance” ….after the service we were invited by the youth to enjoy coffee and tea with some sandwiches and cake.
The ladies really enjoyed the sharing time in the evening, especially the singing lead by the Bernyk family.
The ladies are very appreciative of the time they were able to spend at the guest house. What a difference a couple of days of rest makes!
Half the group left this morning (Monday) at 6:20 to go back home and the rest leave tomorrow (Tuesday) at 7:00pm.
Today we had visitors, two young gentlemen from the Netherlands delivering humanitarian goods (clothing and medical supplies) to an orphanage in the Mukachevo area. They stopped in at the guest house and we provided them with lunch (Shepard’s pie).
Tomorrow will be busy getting ready for the next group from Nikopol, who arrive here on Wednesday
