It’s early morning and some of our team members are starting the breakfast routine, the roosters are crowing and the horses are pooping and the clouds rolled in just in time for beach day. We think that the whole team is at the point of needing this rest day, after many days of hard manual labour. Although we’re tired this team is starting to feel like more than a team. Through hard work, blood and sweat we’ve made it to the other side, and there we’ve found the following:- Laughter - Prayer buddies- Nicknames - “Blessing of the churro” - Snake stories- Joy (alegria) - Battle wounds - Who God is and Who we are! We came to the desert to find out what we are capable of but ultimately we discovered how great and how powerful and how much our God can really do.
