Day 3 Women’s Rehab Center and much more

Heading

We’re seeing relationships deepen and God’s presence evident in every corner of our day. From playing California kickball with the girls and tackling repair projects, to visiting a women’s rehab centre, baking, counselling, and assembling food hampers—it’s been a full day of meaningful impact.
We ended the evening by sharing a Mexican meal together. As tacos were consumed and a Michael W. Smith song played in the background, something happened. Many of us felt the same moment—peaceful, joyful, emotional. A simple meal, made sacred by community and God’s presence.
Though physically tired, our hearts are full. A special shoutout to Scott, Joe, and Nick, who shared a rather unforgettable bonding moment fixing a toilet—Scott quite literally got elbow-deep in service (true servant leadership!).
We’re especially thankful for the size of our group this year, which allows us to divide and conquer, making a wide impact across so many areas.
God is so good. Please continue to keep us in your prayers as we serve with full hearts!
