Drive for continuous improvement

Today was an exciting and busy day where we taught two financial literacy classes. In the morning, we met with 70-80 students, grades 7-9, here at the Fudesa school in Juan Tomas where we are currently staying. In the afternoon, we hit the road to Azua and met with about 30 small business owners and entrepreneurs. We had a ton of fun with both classes!

The students were engaged and participated in discussions throughout the presentation. We went through a budgeting example with them and saw a few "light bulb" moments.

Later, with the business owners, we had many questions and good conversation during the presentation. We also received feedback from the class for future growth on the presentations. All in all, it was a great day full of learning and connecting with the local community.

It was a full day, a meaningful one. On our drive back to Juan Tomas we reflected on our day with a lot of optimism for future opportunities and partnerships with the communities we connected with.
