Today in Phnom Penh, we had the privilege of working alongside NGO and business leaders to explore a key foundation of any redemptive venture: understanding the people you are called to serve.
Our conversation focused on the value of curiosity, taking the time to engage directly with customers, ask thoughtful questions, and genuinely listen to their experiences, priorities, and aspirations.
We also explored the role of prototyping in testing new business ideas, which sparked a lively and practical discussion. One of the highlights of the day was seeing Cambodian participants and Canadian mentors have focused one-on-one conversations. We are building meaningful relationships, sharing valuable insights, and enjoying fellowship along the way.
